Didn't realize it was legal for a College to withhold an official transcript as a way to force someone struggling to pay debt. But Columbia Gorge seems to think so. In their greed all they're doing is hurting the individual by making it difficult find a good career. As well as messing up their chances of receiving payment because well the individual doesn't have the financial stability that they could've...
