My 15 year old and I came in here, just to see what the store offered. I drive past every day on my way to work, never had time to stop in but that day I did. I will say this .... If you do not speak English or have a problem speaking English, do not go here!

I do speak English and do not have a problem with speaking it. We were in the store 10 minutes, the lady behind the counter was going off about how people come here they should speak English and how she went to Turkey, she made sure she learned the language before she went, it only took her 3 months to learn it. The customer she was waiting on spoke English with an accent. People live all over this country and have different accents, and speak English, sometimes I don't understand but there is no reason to belittle someone because of this! My 15 year old couldn't understand why this lady was acting like this and begged me to leave.

After reading your follow up comments, you should not be in business. Im all for straight forward bluntness, but you are just flat out rude. If you can not handle diversity and have some type of human decency then you need to find yourself a new business or someone to run the...

For those who read reviews before going to a place, please read before going. I had the bad experience of not reading and going and having a bad time. The lady who serves does not know how to serve customers, especially if you do not know English, on the contrary, she discriminates against you, at least I tried to speak English and I left so as not to continue wasting my time. She is a racist person and she does not serve you if you do not speak English. First of all, there is no law that is exclusive to speak English and I do know that it is good to speak it but I at least tried to speak it and I was not successful. This country is already bilingual, if you try to go to this store I do not recommend doing it. If you buy anything there, be prepared to load it yourself or risk damage. There is no professional help. They will tell you that there is help to load, but then you'll find that the help is an old man, the storekeeper's father. His idea of customer service was to repeatedly grab my truck bed rail hooks from my hands. He didn't know how to use them, and my husband still has not been able to fix two that he broke that day.
