Falls Cinema — Local services in Thief River Falls

Unfortunately had to change my 5 star for a 1 star. This is the only theater I have ever been to where other people feel so comfortable being so rude during movies. It used to be specifically kids but the teens are just as bad. Apparently the town needs a lesson or two in whats appropriate to do during movies and what isn't. So here's a few not ok ones: Strobing or shining phone light, sprinting up and down the steps, throwing food at people, talking loudly through the whole movie and then laughing loudly through emotional scenes because you're talking and not paying attention, kicking other peoples seats, shouting random cuss words, spraying water/drink on people, and the list goes on. And yes I have made complaints with no change. Unfortunately this has been for the last 3 movies we attended here. Would like something to be done about this behavior but sadly a bunch of teens are working who don't want to say anything. Will not be recommending this place in the future. Nor will we be back....

Heard they recently remodeled. Was surprised to see the lobby looked the same, except with Covid shields for the workers. The theaters themselves are where the real remodeling happened! Wow, are they beautiful and comfortable! Electric recliners with beverage holders and tray tables built in! Elevated seating all the way to the ceiling! (One negative was that the upper seating area was hot, but I was the only on there, so I moved down a couple rows.) The sound system seams to have been upgraded too! Left 4 stars because the bathrooms were not upgraded... clean, but ugly. And I don't think anyone could tolerate the heat in the upper seats,...

This small theatre was such a surprisingly top-notch moviegoing experience!!! The seats are wonderfully comfortable and roomy, with small swivel tables attached. The prices are Excellent, especially as movie theaters go these days!! And you both get to pre-select your precise seats AND have the option to purchase your tickets in advance through their website or app, so as to ensure you secure seats for popular movie showtimes and...
