I dropped my laptop while working from home recently and was in a panic. I called our IT support at the office and was assured it would take 5-7 business days to get a replacement in stock at a repair place in Tallahassee and that I'd have to leave it for at least 2 hours. I didn't have that time and thought I would try a local place instead - I called Hick's and Jordan told me to bring it in, he had a screen in stock. I drove immediately from Cairo and I kid you not the entire removal and install took 11 minutes TOTAL. I was able to do the whole thing over my lunch break including travel time. While there, I also saw him assist two other customers as well over the phone. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and I learned they can do reboots of software and also sell computers and systems as well. I wish I had known sooner, and we will always use them from now on. I have plans to take an older computer to him soon that I had given up on. We needed to have a 75" TV mounted over our mantle. Stopped in last week to get some information. Got everything together and stopped in yesterday to set up a time. Jordan said he could do it the next day and that was good for us. Later that afternoon he called to say he could do it that evening, so we said sure. He showed up about 6:30 and didn't finish till 9:30. He got the mount up, the TV hung and the sound bar connected. He got us connected to our internet, showed us all the features of our new TV and helped us set up a Direct TV account. What he charged was unbelievably reasonable. He was polite and very helpful.
