I have been looking for a specific Samsung refrigerator for 5 months and no one had it in stock. I called Badcock in Opp, Al and talked to an associate who took the time to check inventory in other stores. This took me to the Bay Minette, Al store and an associate there found the refrigerator in stock at the Thomasville store. Had it not been for their willingness to take the time to check for me I would not have been able to get the appliance I had been searching for! Kudos to Badcock for having excellent customer service. My experience and transaction with Shawn at the Thomasville store was flawless!...

Love Badcocks and the people that work in the Thomasville, Al store, but when we sent in our payment we accidentally sent one dollar short. Just an oversight on our part. They called and told us we would have to get there and pay that one dollar or we would have to pay the high interest. So my husband drives 25 miles one way to pay this one dollar. Seems to me that someone in tthat store would have sacrificed one dollar to save us a long trip. I know I would certainly have done that for my good customers. We would have certainly paid them back when we had to go to town. Sigh.......

I wanna thank the sales associate Nicole Johnson for all of her help from our phone call to her beautiful greeting when I arrived at the store today she made my purchase so easy. From her friendly smile to our walk through to show me what my order would look like all the way through to my purchase she was amazing. I’d recommend her to anyone in need of a Badcock purchase.
