I visit Thompson Pizza Company regularly, usually once a week, sometimes even twice, and every time, the experience is nothing short of fantastic. Today, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, an order of fries, and a large sausage and ham pizza with Alfredo sauce. From the first bite, it was clear why I keep coming back—the food was absolutely delicious.
The pepperoni pizza had a perfectly crisp crust, a rich and flavorful tomato sauce, and just the right amount of cheese, with the pepperoni adding a satisfying savory kick. The sausage and ham pizza with Alfredo sauce was a unique and indulgent choice—the creamy Alfredo complemented the ham and well-seasoned sausage beautifully. The fries were golden, crispy, and the perfect side to complete the meal.
Beyond the great food, the service was outstanding as always. Becky, in particular, is fantastic—she’s always polite, attentive, and makes every visit feel welcoming. Thompson Pizza Company continues to be my go-to spot for a consistently excellent...
Read moreWe can finally write our review. Our family decided to wait until we ordered there 3 or 4 times.
The first customer is great, very nice and polite workers.
The prices are about the same as the other pizza places in the area. Pizza is amazing. The cheese isn't bad, and meat lovers pizza so good. The price for the meat lovers seems high but worth it.
The subs are good, and the prices are the same as everyone else. So, there are no real complaints there.
Now for the bad
The sides and appetizers. Chicken dinner is way overpriced. Fries and onions rings are not worth the price you get a tiny little box with barley anything in it. Need fries and onion rings go to Riverside pizza down the road 3 minutes. You pay the same price for 5 times the amount and taste way better.
Overall it's worth eating there if you're not buying...
Read moreIn all honesty the one star is a gift. I have never been treated so poorly from a place of business. My order was wrong and I was to blame for it in their eyes. When I called to rectify the situation I was met with the most rudeness from someone named Rebecca, I believe, when I asked to speak to a manger they didn’t even come to the phone. My order was wrong more than once and I was told to take it or leave it. I believe in second chances, so I did try again, but was met with the same rudeness when I tried to get my correct order, that they once again messed it up. I understand it’s a new business and mistakes are going to be made. Mistakes happen all the time. But to treat customers the way they do is unacceptable. If the food is good, I’ll never know because I won’t be going back just because of the customer...
