Honestly, I really donât have anything bad to say about them as they have been very nice to us for years they have always satisfied our services and we have never had a bad experience that is why I am honestly so shocked by their response to thisâŚ. My sister, my mom and I all three had appointments for the 26 of July The services included three eyebrow wax services, a full color service, One haircut service, and my sister also just needed her two front strands of hair (her money pieces) retouched to her natural hair color as the bleach was coming back through a bit from a previous service which they had stated that that would literally take them five minutes to do we needed these services done before my sisterâs wedding on the 3rd of August.
Five days Before our appointment My sister had sent them a message, kindly asking if there was any possible way to squeeze me in for an extra service that day, In addition to my eyebrow wax that I had already scheduled for that day, I wanted to see if they possibly had time to also do my partial highlights. My sister asked, and they stated that since we had only scheduled for the services I had previously stated That it wouldnât be possible for them to also squeeze me in for partial highlights since they had clients after us, she then stated that two of the other girls that work there did have availabilities From the 21st to the 1st Of August She had asked my sister That if I was interested that she could get me scheduled for partial highlights with one of the other girls. We completely understood, and my sister kindly accepted her offer, and since she had said that the other girls had availabilities from the 21st to the first And our appointment was on the 26th. My sister kindly asked if one of the other girls would be able to do my partial highlights on the 26th since I would already be there. after my sister had asked that they respond with and I quote âNo, they are not available. With that being said, I spoke with the owner about our conversation. Due to your unwillingness to honor your appointment times and respect our time/answers regarding your appointment, Iâm sorry but I am going to have to let you and your family go as clients. Our schedules are too full to be changing things around last minute and we almost always have a waitlist of other clients to consider too. I was clear/direct when answering your questions about your upcoming appointment but you were unwilling to accept my answers or respect my time. I spoke with the owner and she fully supports this decision. We will be canceling all appointments. I think you will be happier somewhere else that can cater to your needs. We were completely baffled by this response as in no point in time were we not respecting their time we were simply just communicating on another time that I could also come in and get my highlights done if they would have given us the opportunity to respond after they had stated that the other girls were not able to do my highlights on the 26th we wouldâve said that was completely fine and I wouldâve figured out another day to come in and get them done instead. My sister then responded by apologizing as we could not understand what we did wrong to get such a response and get let go as clients after being clients there for years but she was ignored.
