I've been a patient of Dr Cowan's for more than four years. You will never find a doctor who sits and talks to you and listens like Dr Cowan Does. I have to see him every few months and it is an appointment I really look forward to. He cares about the patient's physical health ad anything that can have an effect on that health. He always asks how my wife and son are doing and how things are going in my life and my families life. He has tests done when n ecessary and he appreciates my invilvement in my healthcare. He is so smart at figuring out any issues and what the cause might be. I'm almost 62 years old and I have never had a doctor that was any better than Dr. Cowan and no doc has ever come close to his caring for the whole patient. And to top it off he is just a great guy. Before you see the doctor you will see the staff up front. These ladies are just as personable and helpful as you will find anywhere. I never thought going to the doctor would be such a great thing. I used to have a long-time doc that closed his practice to take a job at a hospital and have been searching for another for quite some time. I think I've gone thru 3 and maybe four. I even had 1 walk out of the room as he was answering my question!! Last time I went to HIM. Then, I stumbled on Dr. Cowan and I'm SOO Happy I did!! He actually listens to you and takes the time to answer your questions without making you feel rushed. I'm hooked. The staff is all great too...the receptionist, the nurses and all the girls. They're all very pleasant and caring and will also take the time to answer...

The staff here are all very friendly. My primary doctor here is Dr. Shelby Raiser. I love her! She’s very kind, friendly and really listens to what I have to say. She always hears me and pays attention to my concerns. I’m so glad that I found her. I’ve never felt so comfortable with a primary doctor until I met Dr. Raiser.
