Very disappointed in how the owner of this establishment handled a discretion my wife had with how our pizza was made. He was argumentative and very rude. Call me old fashioned, but I think as an owner of a business, Especially a business that relies on repeat customers in a small town, should try to resolve a conflict without having the customer leaving feeling unsatisfied and berated. We've been going to FireHouse for a very long time.Even when we moved an hour away, our family still made the trip to their establishment. He didn't really seem to care if we helped support his business or not. I guess when you no longer take pride in the product you put out, Shows you'd rather be doing something else in life, so stop wasting yours and everybody else's time and money. This man stood by a pizza that wasn't cut all the way through and was overcooked to put it lightly but it was actually burnt underneath. This guy obviously doesn't care about what he does for the people he serves that have supported his business for years so we're going to take his advice and start eating somewhere else. Hopefully nobody else has the displeasure to talk to this man if you're not satisfied with the product he puts out because he'll tell you to spend your money elsewhere instead of remaking the pizza or at the very least make sure that it's cut all the way through. I don't think this guy needs to be anywhere around anything that has to do with customer service because he's really bad at it. If I could rate this experience a negative...

I've been a patron of Firehouse Pizza for about 10 years. When they first made the breakfast pizza we were excited to try it. Even after moving an hour away we still drive out here to get this pizza. Today I am completely disgusted with how I was just spoken to by the owner.
I had read some recent reviews about the pizza being crappy and burnt so the first thing I did was look at my pizza The pizza was burnt, and when I talked to him about it he put his hands over top of the open pizza and swirled his hands around and said "this is a pizza I stand by either take it or I'll give you your money back and you can leave." I told him that the way he was talking to me was completely uncalled for, that I am a patron of his shop and as a customer he should not be talking to me that way. When they switched owners a few years ago you could tell that he really liked what he did by the product he put out. As the very first customer of the day I wouldn't have expected my pizza to look like this. Even when I showed him this pizza that he stood by, was not even cut through all the way... He shrugged his shoulders and said yes I stand by this pizza. Find somewhere to order pizza and spend your money that the owner is going to appreciate your business and care about you and your family...
Read moreSoon after the new owners acquired Firehouse Pizza, my family purchased spaghetti dinners. Unfortunately, they tasted as if they were made the previous evening and were heated in the microwave just prior to my arrival. With this, we did not go back for quite some time until this evening.
Tonight, we decided to get a Cobb salad. Considering the price and the size of the salad, and comparing to other salads offered at other establishments in the local area, the salad was disappointing. It was small and the container for some reason was only approximately half full as if 50% of the salad was missing or something...very strange. The little pile of salad that was in the containers looked totally different from the pictures posted on Facebook periodically. We purchased breadsticks as well tonight, which were undercooked and on the cusp of being doughy. My family has come to the consensus that we will not be visiting again, which is unfortunate because we like supporting local businesses. Back...
