I bought a product and was unsatisfide with it. I went to return it the day after I got it. I was treated extremely poorly and talked down to. I was told to try a few things. None of that worked and decided enough was enough. I went back to return it where I was treated poorly a second time (both were mangers and one was the same girl from my first trip back). Additionally it was within the period of return time listed on the receipt and wasn’t an item listed as nonreturnable. After being talked down to repeated, I finally had enough. I demanded a return. Was only granted store created that definitely won’t be used. I was disgusted by the unprofessional behavior by these managers. They argued and attempted to get me to buy more things that wouldn’t have fixed anything. One manager was talking down to me and PATRONIZED me without reason. I will not be returning and will inform others of this horrific staff. Also they proceed to break New Hampshire state law by allowing small children in the 18+ section. Buyer Beware!! I purchased a pair of sterling silver earrings at the Tilton store and my wife put them on one time and the post broke right off. Since I bought them as a gift I had misplaced the receipt. I brought them back in the same box that they put them in and the woman basically laughed and said "sorry, nothing we can do". "Why don't you try brining them to a jeweler to have them repaired". I almost laughed myself at how ridiculous this suggestion was. I paid approximately $10 for the earrings so it's certainly not about the cost, it's entirely about the principle. It's quite pathetic when a "local" store is unwilling to stand behind the products they sell. I'm certainly fortunate that it was such an inexpensive item. I was actually going to give them another chance if the woman I spoke to had even an ounce of consideration but it goes without saying that I will no longer be shopping at Headlines Boutique. Extremely overpriced have no clue what they’re talking about and don’t even bother to listen to customers. Whatever they’re selling you can find half the price at another store somewhere else. I went in a couple days ago looking for some cbd carts to help with some pain and insomnia I’ve been having. I told this to the girls working there 4 times so they gave me 2 small boxes and said here this should help didn’t give it much thought til the ride home when I opened the box and saw that she sold me e liquids for over twice the price of the carts that I asked for. I was furious but couldn’t return anything so I went to one of the shops in Main Street tilton and spent the same amount and got way more for my money. So unless you’re looking to pay ridiculous prices for stuff that you can get cheaper elsewhere and be blatantly ignored by the staff I’d stay away...
