MI-BOX Moving & Mobile Storage of Central New Hampshire — Local services in Tilton

My wife and I stopped at Mi Box in Tilton NH to rent a moving and storage container. We spoke with Dana. He was very friendly and thorough explaining all the details we would need to know including size of the container we would need for our move, when it could be delivered to our house etc. He made it very quick and easy and in no time we were on our way home! On the morning we had set up for delivery we received a courtesy call to let us know when to expect the truck. Ken, the driver, was right on time! He was very professional. I showed him where I hoped to place the box. He looked the area over, estimated the space he would need to maneuver the truck and agreed on the location. I was very impressed with the skill and care Ken used to be respectful of our property as he got the box into position! He made sure the box was level and even put pieces of wood on the edge of the driveway to protect the asphalt from damage by the weight of the box when it was fully loaded! He explained everything I needed to know about properly loading our furniture and household items for safe and secure transportation. The MiBox was a very convenient solution to a storage need when my mom moved in with us. In order to move out our things to quickly make room and accommodate and move in her things, this wound up being the perfect solution. Having the storage unit right there in our driveway made the move much easier than having to drive to a storage facility. Chris made the process easy as far as paperwork and billing. Ken the driver, parked it right where it needed to be, and when it was time to go, Jeff was super patient and polite. He worked extra hard to make sure the unit was safe to travel. As stated in the contract, I knew we were responsible to keep the top of the box free of snow. I thought I had been keeping up with the snow removal, but the latest snow fall and then rain had left a thin sheet of ice on the top of the box. Although not really his responsibility, Jeff climbed a ladder and worked with us to help remove that to ensure that the transport would be safe.
