Response to Owner: During the pandemic you were not offering touchless payment -- at least when I was visiting. There were two girls standing at the foot of the car wash entrance taking money. They were not wearing masks when the State was under mandate to do so.
In hindsight, I don't really care anymore. It's just that to say you were taking touchless payment when you clearly weren't is being untruthful.
You are also spamming many local Facebook groups with your ads, not respecting the "no advertisement" policies of those sites. Multiple local FB groups are overrun with your relentless advertisements for Splish Splash and Ice King. When you are called out for posting the ads, you apologize and then continue to litter the groups with them.

I really went out of my way today to try this car wash. When I say out of my way, I live in Tinton Falls but between Butch's and Shrewsbury Car Washes both within a four-minute drive.
But I wanted to see what the hype was all about when it came to Splish Splash.
I would have rated this car wash very high but right off the bat, I was put off by the fact that the two girl attendents working there were not wearing masks. Now, you may think this is nitpicking but not only is there a NJ State Law that mandates the wearing of masks near others outdoors, but when a business shows a total lack of regard for the safety of others, that is very concerning.
The car wash experience was very good. My car was as clean as an automated wash could get it (stubborn pollen stains could not be removed), but the fact that there is no regard for safety during a pandemic is the reason why I won't be returning again. At least they wear masks at Shrewsbury and...

The price for the basic wash has increased significantly, from around $10 to $13, while the wash itself often leaves half the car untouched. The LED lights are visually appealing but do little to enhance the cleaning process. Additionally, the drying chamois, intended to wipe the front and top of the car, remains suspended in the air, spinning uselessly. Given the advertised 36 cameras are recording everything, it's surprising that this issue hasn't been addressed. (This has occurred on two separate visits.) While the location is convenient, there are numerous other and more efficient carwash options available.

I received nothing for free, nor was I looking for anything free, I paid for your service and expected that service to be done well. You have one job, to clean a car, and you didn't.
Rather than fix the problems with your car wash, you find a better use of your time berating customers online in an unproffesional, and grammar challenged, manner in a public forum for all to see.

While going through the wash, my car’s mirror cap came off and the side mirror bent backwards. I honked to stop the wash because I didn’t want soap and water entering the exposed electronics, which could have caused further damage. The attendant stopped the wash, and I asked for help retrieving the mirror cap.
I explained the situation to the woman with curly hair, but instead of assisting, she told me I shouldn’t have stopped unless I had been in a crash. When I clarified that I was trying to prevent more damage, she threw my mirror cap onto the rocky ground in front of another customer that witnessed it (who also complained about her attitude), which caused a crack. Thankfully, that customer kindly helped me reattach it. She then walked away with clear frustration and attitude.
This experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing not only because of the dismissive treatment, but also because her actions directly caused additional damage to my vehicle. Please take this seriously.
