I have given this location over$20,0000 In less than 3 years. Now they refuse to give me my deposit back not once but twice. I don’t like to write bad reviews but this place deserves it! No consideration for the guests, i had an emergency and had to leave before my check out time and was refused my deposit which I was uncomfortable with bc I was not returned it before and no one would give me an explanation as to why. Now that I went back to retrieve my deposit they would not give it back. I the young girl that works at the front desk said she wouldn’t give me my deposit bc I called Corporate on them! WTH you wont come Check the room while I’m still there ? Don’t expect any professionalism or your deposit back before check out . Very disappointing Now I give my money to Crystal Inn In Eatontown and no one gives u a dirty look when you ask for toilet paper here. Motel 6 has a housekeeper that if you ask her questions she just stares u down bc she can’t be bothered by the peasents. She came banging on my door when I’d already been there 3 weeks at the time and asked to clean my room. I mean really? I’m checking out in two days She got all nasty with me. She woke me up from a nap and was just extremely rude. When I got there the sink was clogged and I reported it to the office it took the owner 3 days to come pour liquid plumber in the drain. I had already bought some when I was at cvs bc I was tired of brushing my teeth in the tub. Even asking several times to take care of the issue. The owner buys all the furniture at the flea market down the street and lays the used and disguising mattresses on the ground in the parking lot then after it rains all over them they stand them up against the building to dry! No joke folks!! Then obviously when the mattress is dry your the next one sleeping on it. 😵🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮the reviews below are also complaining about the musty smell, well sounds like the mattresses that were left out in the rain and have gotten moldy! Mold smells musty! Ewwwwe You’re better off sleeping in the car!

I did not ask for speacial treatment just my deposit. Believe me I will be contacting Motel6 corporate offices again. U are a sorry excuse for a business and should be ashamed...

I’m sorry to say, that this was the worst experiences with a hotel stay that I have ever had. There were numerous roaches (all sizes) crawling inside the room at night. When I reported it, it was as though I wasn’t believed, despite having videos of the bugs.

My son and I were bit multiple times by some sort of insect or mite inside the room… maybe even bedbugs. I also reported this to the staff.

. The microwave was broken. Our room was not serviced at all during our stay. We asked twice for a replacement but it never came. I asked for a partial refund but it has not been returned.

The location is a plus and the hotel water is a plus. However, considering that my son and I were bitten so many times while on that room, we will be visiting a local urgent care because the bites are swelling and itching. I have about 14 bites and my son has 7.

My room was supposed to be a no smoking room but it clearly reeked of cigarette smoke. Very unpleasant experience.

The room was dusty and dirty. Smell was terrible. It’s too bad that I can’t upload videos or pictures to back up my claims… this platform doesn’t give me that option.

Giving this hotel a one star rating is too generous.

I hate when you research a place and the pictures look decent, but in reality, it is not. I should have listened to the other reviews warnings, but money got the best of me as this was cheaper than paying $360 a night somewhere else. From the time I got there, it was a nightmare. I had to change rooms twice, and at that point, I was over it.

The beds have protective slips on them, so that was good, but the rooms smelled horrible, nothing worked, and everything is dated. There were a lot of dead flies in the window and roaches crawling around in the bathroom (which vaused me to change rooms). There is no morning coffee as there is no room in the office for it. The wifi never worked, and the microwave blew up on us after we turned it on to make sure it was working. It was empty, but immediately, sparks were flying everywhere.

It took them an entire day to bring another one and place it on top of the broke one as it was glued to the fridge. The furniture is old and torn. We barely slept as we thought someone would come through the front door or climb into our window.

For peace of mind, just spend the extra money and go somewhere else. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Book at...
