RadioShack — Local services in Tipton

I can't say enough good things about Archie and the incredible service we received today at the Tipton Radio Shack. My father-in-law's Consumer Cellular phone stopped working this past week. My father-in-law had taken the phone to Target in Jefferson City which is supposed to be a Consumer Cellular store. They refused to help him because he didn't know his PIN. My father-in-law is 92 years old and never set up a PIN on his account so he couldn't give them one. When we visited Archie's store this morning, he spent over an hour on the phone with Consumer Cellular and got my father-in-law's account straightened out and sold us a new (and better) phone. The owner, Archie is a great person, very knowledgeable and helpful with good prices. I bought a nice big round atomic clock with big letters and he set it for me, batteries and all. All I had to do was take it home and hang it on the wall. I'm going to buy another one for my kitchen as it automatically resets itself when daylight savings time starts and ends.
