DG Market — Local services in Tiptonville

The Dollar General store in Tiptonville needs new management. The store is continuously out of a lot of product, and the organization of the store is a disaster at best. I went in today to get some dog food, and Windex.

No Windex to be found on the shelf, and the young man who helped me was really of no assistance either. To me, it was blatantly obvious that the young man did not want to be there, and he was not interested in working… He was moving at a snails pace. There were carts strewn all about which made it extremely difficult to get down the isles.

I was able to find the dog food that I wanted, but I got the last bag. The pet food aisle looked like it had been struck by tornado as everything was disheveled on the shelf, and what was there was very little. I guess I’m going to have to start taking my business to the Dyersburg...

I was in the store in assignment for A company " checking inventory " the staff were rude too me , called the manager " which was rude " an then while sitting in my vehicle " I witnessed the night shift manager " turn away a handful of different " loyal " customers " due too it being " ALMOST " closing time , afterwards I put a post on social media , an received a high feedback from the " locals " of many complaints " the new manager is rude , not helpful an never friendly too any customers , shall also be noted , there were products all over the store , in the floor strolled , an products were u organized . just out of place , out...

The store is a mess and the cashier was putting product away instead of watching the register and didn't say thank you. There was an older man putting stock away and acted like he was mad because stuff wasn't in the cage the right way. I thought Dollar Generals were trashy in Ohio but Tennessee takes the trophy...
