NAPA Auto Parts - TDE Enterprises — Local services in Tiptonville

Have lived in Ridgely for 3 years, and am in Tiptonville all of the time, but Thursday (9-15-22), I was in need of a battery.

I had tried all of the conventional stores such as Walmart, AutoZone, etc, but they were out of the particular battery I needed.

I did a Google search for the particular battery that I needed, and up popped NAPA auto parts in Tiptonville. I went down up to Tiptonville to the NAPA store, and they didn’t have the battery I needed either, but stated that they could have the battery in by tomorrow morning.

I decided to go ahead and let them order the battery for me. Fast forward to Friday (9-16-22), I have arrived at the Napa store in anticipation of picking up my battery, but much to my pleasure and surprise, they installed my battery for me in less than 10 minutes.

Not only did they install the battery for free, they ended up waving the $18 core fee as well.

It wasn’t until the end of my visit that I found out the owners name which is Tony. I can say this much with certainty about this particular establishment… Tony will definitely treat you better than any other auto parts store in the area, I can assure you of that.

The customer service that I received from Tony today far exceeded my expectations, and because of that simple gesture of being friendly and treating the customer well, I will definitely be back to patronize this establishment whenever I need car parts…Thank you so much Tony for going above and beyond.
