My husband and I recently did an entire kitchen remodel. This was our fifth kitchen remodel, and yes, we are still happily married! For anyone that has gone through a remodel, you know the stress and headaches that come with the project. In the past, we had used big box stores to do our countertops. Both stores were very disappointing, to say the least. There were long wait times, with very little communication, and no valid reasons on why the countertops were taking so long. We definitely felt like just another customer. Marble Designs of Florida went above and beyond. After making our selection of granite, we set a date for the template to be made. The available dates were the following Tuesday or Thursday. We purchased IKEA cabinets, and had not installed them yet. My husband and I did not want to put too much pressure on ourselves, so we chose the following Thursday. To our surprise, the cabinet instillation went relatively smooth. On Monday morning, I called Lindsay to see if there was any chance they could come out on Tuesday. She said yes! She was so helpful, and changed our appointment. The two gentlemen that came and did the template were very friendly and professional. They took their time, and made sure everything was exact. Our countertops were installed 10 days later! This was by far the least stressful process of the remodel. I can’t express how happy we are with Marble Designs of Florida! We used Marble Designs of Florida to update our kitchen. The process was very straightforward. We chose the style of marble at Lowes. Marble Designs gave us the option to go in person to pick out a slab at their facility but we declined. A technician came over to measure the area. He asked questions that I had not personally thought of to ensure that we would be satisfied with the finished product. I later decided to have a bar/counter table put in. I called Marble Designs to add on to my order. They sent a technician over to take the measurements. I was impressed because he not only took the measurements, by he actually made a model of the countertop from cardboard to ensure a perfect fit. A few weeks later the granite countertops and bar were both installed. They look absolutely amazing. Our plumber commended the quality of the work including the how well the under mount sink and dishwasher bracket fit which made his job a lot easier as well. We used marble design for our new construction of 4 bathroom counters kitchen counters and large center island. Vanessa did an amazing job helping us through out the process. Everyone in the office worked together on different pieces and we were greeted by name every time we walked in even if it had been months between visits. Even if Vanessa was not In the office anyone that answered the phone or greeted us in the office knew who we were and what our project was and the exact location of our marble remnants In the yard and any changes we had made. There was a high level of professionalism with the installers who had to overcome a massive mud pit of our not yet poured driveway.
