We stayed here for four days and it was amazing! We got a 2 bedroom, two bathroom, and it had tons of space. My son kept saying "we could just live here." You could easily stay here for much longer, just utilizing it for four days almost felt like a waste. Upon arrival there were multiple nice little extras. A baggie of cleaning supplies, sponge, laundry soap packets, etc. A baggie with all you needed for coffee. Even a pack of popcorn on the microwave. Very homey and nice. The whole place was very clean. We absolutely loved it. We were there for vacation but we have family in the area and absolutely would use this place again if we were there to visit. A few things to note- Each building has four units. Laundry rooms are below the stairs and ours only used coins, no bills. The GPS mapped us to the main office, and since we arrived after hours it took us a bit to figure out where to go. The office rents all sorts of equipment, which is absolutely amazing, and even has things like games you can borrow. Depending on which building you're in the amenities like the gym and pool might be sorta far. Definitely not poolside if you're not in the building by the pool. The gym is over by the main office, which can be worth a drive instead of a walk depending on which building you're in. Friendly staff! They seemed to think of everything, including a full binder of helpful info in the condo. (Though the binder could use tab dividers, it's almost too much info if you need to find something quickly.) It rained fairly constantly while we were there, so the whole place was sort of a puddle, but there were great things like an easy to access grill (if it wasn't so wet.) Our building, and I think all of them really, backed to what seemed like a natural area. Very private feeling. Right off the road but no real road noise. There is some outside noise. You might hear neighbors above you, or people at their cars outside, kids playing etc. Nothing more than what you'd hear in a normal neighborhood. The kitchen is very well equipped! Everything you would need to cook and/or eat any standard meal.

The staff is great but this place should not even be considered a time share option. First off it looks like a run down apartment complex that somebody tried really hard to make into a time share. They have options for people to rent out units for weeks or even months. The furniture is old and outdated in master bedroom you share a bathroom with main living room and kitchen dining room. Was a queen bed that had seen better days dresser and headboard were particle board. Blinds on window didn't even open. Kitchen was dated mismatched plates, cups, silverware and cooking utensils. Other bedroom had 2 twin beds and a bathroom which didn't make since. Walls are thin you could hear everything going on upstairs and on the street. Patio was enclosed but had mold everywhere in it. Would suggest don't waste your points or weeks on this place. While i was showering the door wouldn't open and fell off the wall really glad i caught it otherwise it would have been a really bad day for me.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, our room was clean, cold, comfortable, and had a full loaded kitchen. (We went grocery shopping prior to arrival) located near all the amenities (pool, BBQ grill, laundry room), this was an unbelievable experience. We were located across the street (14 miles across the ocean) from TWO NASA rocket launches and within drive range to sight seeing and beach's. Affordable and would definitely use again in the future :)

I booked a 3 night stay about a week ago. I accidentally booked it for the weekend after apparently. The day I was supposed to go I noticed it. I went into hotels dot comm to call them and let them know I would be in late and saw the date was wrong. I used the app to change the booking and it worked. The rates were the same. I then called the property to let them know I would be late because the office closes at 4 or 5. A year or so prior I booked and got there late and no one bothered to contact me. I assumed that someone would be in the office when I got there and it took almost an hour to get someone to let me into my room. So this time I confirmed with their office that the booking worked which was reflected on the app. The girl told me that since I was coming late the key would be under the door mat at unit 13G. She also took my credit card to charge me the $100 incidental fee. I got there from Tampa at 11 PM. After a 3 hour drive there was no key under the door mat. I called and called. Finally a resident of the place came out to help me. He called some lady who said that the room was in the name of Steven Hoss or something close to that. I explained that I called and verified the reservation earlier that day with a girl who told me the unit and where my key would be. She said “That girl doesn’t know what the hell she is talking about”. She then told me if I wanted a room I would have to pay a higher price than I had already paid upon booking. I told her that I would gladly pay more to stay somewhere else. I got a refund on the rooms from the app but have not received my deposit. These people are terrible and the property is kinda blah. Never again. If you’re going, screenshot your reservation, get there early and don’t expect much more than apartments...
