I'm a beginner level hiker and I brought a three year old with me. We handled the trail with ease going at our own pace. There are a few narrow and steep spots but nothing unmanageable for a beginner. Views are breathtaking and actually look like paintings. This is a popular location so there are a ton of people. The trails are largely clear with some rocks and roots on the path in places to add character. Can be a somewhat challenging hike depending on age, skill, condition.
