I've been in this shop twice in the past week while me and the wife are in town. My first experience was great - the girl working was extremely friendly and the customer service was perfect. My favorite outdoor apparel shop. The owner (Hans) is super personable and just really cares. Cares about his selection (carries great brands) and cares about his customers. We used to come into the Trading company every now and then when it was under previous ownership, and now it’s a regular stop whenever we are on the North Shore.
