I cannot say enough good things about Broer Freeman. I brought in my beloved art deco ring because I was concerned the diamond was loose. Rachel was so helpful my first visit. She told me it COULD be tightened but the jeweler may want to add prongs to really secure it and give me peace of mind. The jeweler was on vacation for the next few days, so I left my ring in their care. I received a text a few days later telling me that they had looked at my ring, and what they determined as far as what it needed as well as an estimate. They also told me it is typically a 2-3 week turnaround time. My sister got married that same weekend and I really wanted to wear my ring for the wedding. So I asked if I could come get it Friday for the wedding and return it to them Monday. I brought the ring back Monday, and expected at least a week and a half before it would be ready. They had it finished in three days. THREE DAYS! They were very professional and so helpful, and my ring looks incredible! I'm so glad I opted for the prongs. I cannot say enough amazing things about this business. This is not your typical jewelry store experience. This is personal, friendly, and unique. Mandy and the other employees treated me as if my piece was the most important thing they had ever worked on. They helped me design a custom ring using jewelry I currently had. All pieces were very sentimental to me and while some held very little monetary value they never made me feel that any one thing was of less value than the other. The finished product went above and beyond what my mind could have ever imagined and now instead of having a mix match of things, all my most important pieces are combine into a piece of jewelry that is so special to me and one that can be passed down in my family.
