Mobifi Wireless — Local services in Toledo

Transparent review... I dropped my phone off on a Monday with half of it paid & was told the screen would come next day (Tuesday) and it would be done at Wednesday the latest.. I didnt get the phone back into late Friday! The quality of the screen wasn't the best wasn't big deal because it was aftermarket screen .. not even 24 hours after I get it back, a random line appears across the screen . I call they tell me to bring it in... I leave work early that day(friday) so I can get this taken care of asap then when I get there the guy tell me come back tomrrow that way both store workers can look at it... mind you thet just told me bring it in today but no worries I return the next day. They take phone apart & said the screen was defective and they would take care of. The problem is the thought taking care of it was giving me another screen that has a black mark around the camera would be the fixed.. I took it because im sure next I was going to have to pay again which is un fair and this is a business phone so I can't be without to long.. I dont understand why I couldn't get a brand new screen thats what I had purchased. Used screen out another phone. Im sure they took that defective screen sent it back got new screen for it and put it into the phone with black mark around camera & probably gonna sell it.. They fixed the front and back for me but when I received my phone my WiFi or Bluetooth wasn’t working. They messed up my connection and Bluetooth on my phone bc I didn’t want to pay $300 for a brand new iPhone 13. I now have to get a whole new phone. When I called him to address him about the issue he said fixing the front and the back doesn’t have anything to do with the connection and Bluetooth but another store has confirmed he messed my phone up more than he fixed it.
