Terrible customer service. When I walked in to the facility, the manager was sitting at the front desk on the phone with A customer. When the manager didn’t like what the customer had to say, he hung up and immediately gave full name to gentleman behind him and started talking badly about the customer on the phone. I went in to get my check engine light read that was it. They told me it would be another hour. This was before 8 o’clock this morning. Do not recommend at all. Their labor prices are high and I watched the mechanics try to get a tire off with a hammer. If you want your car, messed up for a real high price...

The only place I go for fixing my tires and getting an oil change. They really care about the work that they do. You're not just another project that needs to be completed. They get to know who you are and really make sure you understand what's going on and are there to help. Couldnt tell you how many times they went above and beyond for me. Even when I lived out of state for a while I would make appointments to cohenside with my visit to Toledo....

I really like the way this Neal gets you in quickly. We had a tire going flat and I called three places in Mattoon . They all said they could not look at it that day. I called Neal's in Toledo and they said to bring my car in. They found a nail in my tire . I was back on the road in no time. Needless to say when I needed my oil changed I called them and also had them put on 2 new tires. Small town service...
