I was getting ready to drop over 2000 dollar this week after settlement check drop to purchase all my funko pops back from the store and some more but who ever is in charge there now as ruined it for the store. Very rude, well not even try to work something out to make a sale nor on trades or buy back how ever u want to call it. I miss Jen and big red they where great and reasonable and always made sure to make the customer happy there at all time, the tall skinny dude with glasses needs to go, I have seen ppl walk out upset cuz of him and I seen how he deals with ppl who know there stuff on items on trade ins. Read moreJust an okay selection. They usually want full price for retro stuff without factoring in condition of the item or if it has a manual or not. Occasionally, you can find a decent deal. However, watch yourself when trying to sell stuff to them. I recently asked them what they would give me for Contra Force for NES (It's worth $100), they said $14. The kid working said it was only going for $45-50 on Etsy, so that's why they could only give me $14. I knew that was complete BS. He was hoping I didn't know what I had. It was also the first time I've heard anyone use Etsy for game values and it made me wonder. So I checked it out when I got home and saw that the $45-50 prices he saw were actually for reproduction copies of the game. It even said reproduction in the title. So the kid working knew this and was trying to rip me off. I'll take my...
Read moreGoing in to sell, I had $ 185 dollars (sale prices on Amazon, retail non sale prices $ 283) for all 4K videos and a steelbook. They offered 30 dollars for the lot. I countered with $ 60 and they would not budge. I was told they look at the "used sale prices (which are the worst of the worst condition you can find)" on Amazon and then discount off that. Looking at those prices, I had $ 165, so they were offering 18% of the Amazon used prices. Replay use to offer fair prices for used/turned in items, but not any longer. If you are selling, I recommend going elsewhere. If you are selling, expect 18 cents on the dollar based on the used (worst condition item) seller values on Amazon. Looking at their stocked items, they do not have much of newer videos and almost no 4K. I can...
