The Head Shed — Local services in Toledo

I love the atmosphere in the store and the employees are always really helpful and nice. Although, the past several times I have made a purchase, I was unpleased with the product. I bought a concentrate pen recently and was really happy with it until it broke two weeks after purchasing. Thankfully the brand I bought offers a 60 day warranty. To be fair, this wasn't the store's fault. However, the next time I went in, it was to purchase a butane torch. The employee told me she would grab one from the back, but instead, picked the tester off the shelf. I should have spoke up, but I didn't and now, two days after spending $50 on a new torch, I already had to purchase more butane. Normally I have good luck here when I'm just making...

I've been to the Monroe location of the head shed multiple times, but with that disappearing, I came over here and explored this shop. The shop is well organized and I am consistently impressed with the staff here. I would definitely say that the staff is cool. They are helpful and very communicative. They ensure that the experience is welcoming and informative. Truly, these are some of the greatest people I've worked with from a customer service perspective. Been coming here since the 70's. Been alot of paraphernalia changes over time! They have the same products repetitively which makes it an easy grab n' go. Like this Shed better than the one that used to be on Monroe Street---you couldn't ealk around & shop without all the employees asking you twenty times if you need help- --which REALLY EQUATES to; " I've got my eagle eye on you if you're trying to steal something".
