I placed my order on April 16th and my delivery day was for 5/2 due to delivery gentlemen not being in the office on the weekend.
I call the office the day of my delivery to confirm my delivery time and told my order was rescheduled because I missed a call. Then I speak with the delivery person and I was told it was rescheduled because they didnât have help to deliver my appliances. I called days in advance to inform them additional help was required since my laundry room is on the second floor.
I will now have missed a full day and a half of work to work around JJs scheduling to deliver the appliances I order more than two weeks ago and had my delivery date.

   Read moreSaid they would order a part for the damaged bottom on my fridge, it's been several months and maybe 15 phone calls and no one there seems to know what is going on each time I call. Say they have a 30 day warranty. Ice maker is still broken and it has been about 100 days, very shady. Paid an extra 160 for a new front door face that never came, no one has any recollection of me paying this. Big waste of time and money. Wish they could get back to me and fix my oce maker and replace the bottom stainless plate on my fridge like they said they would this summer! Hate to leave a bad review but hopefully this lights a fire...
