They want to know why the business is failing and there's only one location open, this is why! The customer service is non-existent.There is no accountability when they mess up your order, everything is blamed on the customer or they make the review process for issues so difficult, unorganized, time-consuming.
I ordered the same file from three other DTF print companies after I was told at csds that it was my design issue and the only one that is incorrect or messed up is from CSDS. All the CSDS prints even the ones that are CSDS designs, I added to my order to fill a gang sheets have a white offset to one side. It is a printer flaw when the DTF prints track back into the machine for the white background layer. This was pointed out last week, when I sent pictures. They want me to come up there drop off and leave gang sheets because they never know when management is going to be there it's an hour trip one way!
Just imagine what they do to people that they ship orders and they are incorrect.
Do they not fix it or do they make customers ship it all the way back before they address the issue? If that's the case it means people are more likely to just dealing with the subpar quality and change to a different print company because who would want to pay to ship it back, hence the closing of locations.
Heck the one time ninja messed up something and it was on one edge of a gang sheet all they requested was pictures, they apologized and fixed it and shipped it out the same-day!
My husband brought them up to CSDS on Saturday and was told by the lady at the front counter that yes she did see the issue with the white offset, but she was unable to help us and wanted us to leave everything for someone to review. When we asked when they would review it and get back to us she was unable to give me a time frame for that review or follow up so my husband brought the gang sheets home, so I could go back during the week. I went back today and of course who I need to speak with conveniently stepped out just seconds before I arrived.

I stopped into the "NEW" Katy store....loved the size and many more items available as opposed to the Tomball store which I had just shopped in approx. 1 month prior. The sales person was very helpful and extremely nice. I purchased several items and did not pay attention to everything item making it's way into the bag. My daughter & I walked over to the candy shop, me never giving the bag I was carrying another thought. Later in the evening I had a voice mail stating that an item had been mistakenly left out of the bag by the cashier. I called on Saturday stating I live in the Atascocita/Humble area, could the item please be mailed to me. Was told they do not mail/ship from the Katy location. I asked if it could be sent to the Tomball location because I know the ship from there. (I had earlier in the week ordered the scrap bag of vinyl and received it the next day) Several days later I was called to say the item was at the Tomball store ready for pick-up. I asked that it please be mailed to me as I am not going to be in the Tomball area anytime soon. I was told no, they could not ship the item to me. I asked that a check be refunded. Read moreToday, I visited the Katy location for the first time. I was very excited to know that there was a vinyl shop so close to me. When I arrived into the store I was not greeted by anyone, the 2 ladies that were in the shop at the counter who just continued to talk about personal business in regards that one of them has a son that is preparing for college and wanted to go out of state so they need to make sure that the dual credits will transfer. I walked around the store and was able to locate what I needed, then someone else came into the store and the ladies greeted them, welcomed them into the store and asked if they could help them with anything. I came from the back on the store to see who had came in that the were greeted so happily. These ladies were Caucasian, I myself am African American, so I begin to wonder just how I should feel since I did not get a greeting at all or asked if I needed assistance. I did purchase the items that I had only because I really needed to complete an order for a customer. But trust and believe I will not be returning.
