Laurie’s is incredible, from the moment I walked in, someone was available to help me. Susan was the design associate that helped me with my furniture. She walked the entire store with me, measuring sofas and chairs and letting me know what material selections I could have as well as lead times. We then went to the design studio to look at swatches. She was well educated in each line they carried and products. They were able to deliver the in stock sofa I bought immediately. The delivery service was great too. The men who delivered it were kind, respectful and prompt on their delivery.

I then received a thank you note from Laurie’s appreciating my purchase of shopping local.

Im a designer and when I purchase furniture it’s usually from antique stores or larger companies like pottery barn, create and barrel and anthropologie. I can tell you that the service I received from Laurie’s far surpassed any of those stores and the quality was equivalent if not better. There are a ton of different styles for all design taste, which they are beautiful pieces but also very comfortable. So my husband and I both were able to agree on comfort and style which is rare.

The price range is very reasonable with their furnishings. I wasn’t shopping for decor, so I can’t speak on that but they had a wide selection of different price ranges and that felt comforting to me.

I am truly so thankful I found this gem and highly recommend it for clientele all over. It’s well worth any drive with such great customer service and a wide selection of choices!

I visited Laurie’s yesterday to look and back again today to purchase. I read reviews before going and was skeptical after some of the negative reviews. Yesterday I was greeted upon entering the store and later when I was looking was asked by Susie if I needed help. She spent a lot of time answering my questions, measuring, and checking computer for additional pieces to the bedroom set I was interested in. She had other customers and left me to decide but returned a short time later. I could not have had better customer service from her and , yes, the store was busy. Today I returned with my husband ( both of us in jeans and I had on a flannel shirt and boots. We were greeted upon entering and while looking I was asked if I needed help. ( I believe her name was Joy. ) She answered questions and was very attentive and helpful. Susie was with a customer but when she saw me she came over and said hello and asked if I had any questions. Both ladies worked with me throughout the purchase of the furniture making sure pieces were all available. Today is Saturday and again the store was very busy. The young lady that processed the paperwork and arranged delivery was also very friendly and helpful. I will agree that prices are expensive but the bedroom furniture I purchased I have seen nowhere else before. Overall great experience and excellent customer...

After having my home flooded during hurricane Harvey, I had to purchase all new furnishing for my home. I went to lorie’s expecting quality furniture with a reputable company. After just 2 weeks over one year, 2 cushions on one of the sofas that I had purchased started to discolor to a pinkish tint on my off white fabrics. This happened on both sides of 2 cushions. I contacted lories only to be told that I was over my 1 yr. warranty and that they would contact the manufacturer . Several weeks later I got a TEXT telling me the company said it was a customer caused issue. That was all I got . No phone call just this text telling me in a sense too bad. All I wanted was 2 replacement cushions. I had purchased 2 matching sofas. I expect a company who touts their quality and service to offer more assistance. I also purchased several chairs and accessory items for lorie’s. I paid in full so considered that I was a good and valued customer. Not the case at all. After spending several thousands of dollars I was expecting more understanding and help from this store. I will NEVER do business here again.
