Having organized a private/local block party for 20 years, booking countless vendors, our experience working with Cheryl is easily the worst we have ever encountered. With only three days remaining before our event, she requested that we incur an additional 60% increase on the total cost to add paid attendants to all bounce houses after hearing that our party was going to be over 200 people. Important to note that she never asked about how many people would be in attendance at the time of booking. This only became an issue when she called on a Tuesday to try to persuade us to move our event from a Saturday to a Sunday due to a long range forecast(ridiculous). This is where things go very far off the rails. She then informed us that she took the liberty of notifying the state to register our block party for the safety of the people that would be in attendance. This is when she also revealed the critical need for paid attendants onsite to avoid potential fines of up to $2000 per instance if the bounce houses were found to be unsupervised at any moment during the event because state officials would now be onsite to inspect the event. She then lied about contacting another vendor about our party to build her case as to why she needed the additional attendants. I confirmed this lie by speaking with that vendor in person. He offered to join a 3 way call with her because she has aparrently has done this to many others in the past. In the end, she actually did us a huge favor by forcing us to source another company to accommodate our event. Cheryl is a deceitful and diluted business owner that tried to cover her mistake and flipped the issue to the customer instead of dealing with it head on, claiming she was adding the cost under the guise of creating a safe environment(PLEASE!). If she would have asked the proper qualifying questions up front, we would not have booked her in the first place, sparing us the stress of having to change vendors soo close to the event. it was last minute, friday 3pm of labor day weekend, i had flaked and forgotten that my wife asked me to get our daughter a bounce castle for her 11am saturday birthday party. i'm greeted by a warm voice who tells me she's got my back and will make me a hero husband and dad. she walks me through the options, patient as i look at every picture on line and ask about the details of each model. responsive, personable, friendly and patient (yes, worth restating), i never felt rushed and she made me feel like i was the only customer in the world. she educated me about dry and wet/dry options and helped me make the best decision. i actually never considered the cost differentials because the value was in the service and speed, you do get what you pay for. i placed my order and got a call a little while later regarding the drop off and pick up times. sure enough, the next morning, unlike any other service provider who gives you an arrival window, the two delivery guys were right on time at 815am. they texted to give me a heads up and then they were in, had this bad boy set up and hooked into the hose, and they were off. friendly, professional, my wife felt totally safe with the two guys. smiles and great energy although they had a day of work ahead of them while the rest of the world enjoyed the last bit of summer. they were back after 5pm like they said they'd be, and were ninja stealth in taking it down and leaving the yard just like they found it. the event was a roaring success, the pics with all the smiles are worth it and for the guy who thinks kids make too much noise, the castle was the perfect getaway for the kids to be kids, and safe enough that they weren't on top of each other and banging heads into each other. i can't recommend inflatable adventures enough. i may start throwing parties just to give them business and create more memories. my daughter keeps telling everyone what a great birthday she had and it's 100% because of you. thanks for making her day...

We were looking for a bounce house rental For my five-year-old’s birthday party and a couple companies came up. One in Particular that came up was myinflatableadventure. Their website was easy to navigate and understand. The website had all the information I needed size of the bounce house and size requirement . It made measuring out my potential spaces and the size bounce I could fit in the spaces super easy. Cheryl and her crew are amazing. Brett and Amanda were complete professionals and helpful every step of the way. We got text when they were on their way to set up the bounce house and when they were on their way back to remove it. I Have never worked with or rented a bounce house so I was a little cautious having friends and coworkers who have had bad experiences with other companies. We were so glad we found my inflatable adventures. I got updates via emails, text messages and phone calls the entire process. We never had a doubt about the company, their reputation or the safety of the children. Hosting a birthday for a five year old and all her schoolmates is stressful enough let alone worrying about the entertainment. Cheryl and her crew took care of everything set up sanitizing making sure it was secure with weights fully functioning and ready to go. We got a phone call at the end of the party when they were on their way they to break the bounce house down. They got the area cleaned up and they were on their way. It truly was a stress-free entertainment rental. Me and my wife are already discussing a waterslide rental at the end of the school year for our kids , that’s how much fun our kids had on big bounce house all to themselves.
