My husband Dean & I moved to KC, MO in June of 2020. We brought with us an outdoor set that he had when we married; and we both loved, resulting in a great set that needed much help. Table, 5 chairs & a chaise lounge were delivered to Tonganoxie in late March. I lost Dean to his cancer battle on April 9. I called Amie at New Again pleading for them to complete our furniture for Dean's Celebration of Life on May 16. With tears in her voice, she told me that she would fast-track our job and asked what else they could do for me. They fast-tracked. They performed a marvelous job on our much-loved furniture; and delivered it back to me at no delivery cost well in time for his Celebration. Read moreI bought a set of Agio patio furniture about 19 years ago. We love it and use it non-stop on our wrap around porch. The fabric on two of the chairs ripped and made them unusable and two more were on the way. We looked high and low and could find nothing new that we liked nearly as much add the set we have. Thank goodness for New Again!!! Mike brought a book of all of the fabric options so we could choose right on our porch. He took the chairs and footstools and returned them after they completed the restoration. I could NOT be happier with their work and professionalism. I just shared their contact information with my parents who will be calling to get their chairs redone as well. Was it super inexpensive? No, but will worth every penny and it makes me far happier than paying more for something I don't like...

We took the chairs in one week prior to the arrivals of our guests. New Again said they were 100 orders backed up and it would likely be 3 weeks or more. I explained to them the situation and told them I totally understood and it was my fault for procrastinating.
