This is the best customer service that I’ve had in a very long time. Dan from P1 Tuners in Adams, New York Is a super knowledgeable guy that loves what he does. Dan explains anything you need to know, if he doesn’t have an answer he’ll go to work and get one. Dan is very fair with his pricing. I paid less for Cobb parts through Dan than I would have if I bought them direct from Cobb. I’m brand new in the performance tuning world, Dan was patient with my lack of knowledge. I found a blow off valve for $400. It was a situation where you’re paying hundreds of extra dollars for a brand name Dan found a blow off valve that cost $111. He researched it and assured me that it would be just as good, he was right. Dan does all the tuning and coordinates the Work. Joe is the mechanic and super good at what he does. He has a mobile Dyno tuner with a shop full of high performance engine builds. Joe is an honest guy and his labor isn’t outrageous. There was a cheap plastic ford part near where he was wrenching, he accidentally broke it. He let me know exactly what happened. He didn’t roll that cost into the labor or try to charge me for the part. Joe will take the time to explain the Dyno graphing. Joe and Dan found a Mouse nest buried under the engine shroud. It would’ve probably gone unnoticed, possibly starting a fire. I also get on average 17.5 to 18.8 combined mpg. It was getting 16.5 mpg tops before all the work. I actually got 21 mpg driving across the city of Watertown. Must’ve been downhill. I have pictures to prove it. Bottom line. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable, willing to answer questions, very fair pricing and won’t charge you for something you don’t need. My build was pretty basic. Probably not even close to what they can do. If you see Dans mustang you might think the engine is from a NASA rocket. I’m so happy we have this resource in the North Country and hopefully someday they’ll be putting in my supercharger!!!!
