I unfortunately have to leave my stars the same, but im very happy to say that I feel there’s been large improvements! Lemonade hasn’t run out in so long and my turkey sub is back to being a top love! I am sad to say however that I feel I still can’t order my chicken. Still definitely not cooked to how I’d like even with asking for a longer cook. I wish that on the app to order there could be an area to add comments like that so I wouldn’t have to call everytime just to ask for a longer cook that won’t happen. I hope that maybe that can be something delivered to staff, to listen ti customer requests. Cook longer is definitely not longer.

**OLD: Ever since they changed their ingredients and bread I haven’t like my usual sub as much anymore. My second choice being the chicken, it is almost never fried to my liking and ends up being too underdone for me to enjoy. It’s a shame because Jerecks used to be my absolute go to spot, and would go there almost everyday. My one draw in if I felt like something nearby and to just deal, was their pink lemonade, they were out of it for over 2 weeks. They have amazing service, and good food to others I’m sure, but the change and undercooked chicken that I can’t seem to catch a good enough break on, is the reason I will no longer being going to Jerecks. If google had an option to choose “disgusted” that would be my choice. We arrived one lovely couple was up to order. Okay, cool. We’ll be set shortly. NOPE! 8:13 arrival time. I had to question the girl who literally ignored the fact that she had families waiting. She chose to continue to grab the orders that were coming in after all of us were waiting!!

Let’s not mention this employee was touching everything. Walls, containers, her hair, her face and not once did she change her gloves before preparing someone’s food.

All while this is going on for 37 minutes. There was a young gentleman working his ssa off. The third employee is watching us while she is going back and forth with dishes.

I ordered a veggie sub on whole wheat and my wife ordered a meatball sub on white bread. I also ordered onion rings. The sandwiches were good and tasty. I wish they could toast the bread and cheese, but they don't have the means to do that. The onion rings tastes oily with a thin batter. Service was efficient and polite. The facility was outdated and surfaces felt greasy. They mopped the floor while we were there, swiping the mop right by our feet. A Swifter mop may have been better than the wet mop since it left the floor very wet. They also sprayed a glass cleaner while we were eating. I could taste the cleaner with my sandwich.
