Wonderful little cheese shop that sells an assortment of cheeses (many locally produced) along with other food and gift items. On both of our visits, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My favorite part of the shop was the fact that they offered at the time of our visit no less than four different choices of cheese curds. One was made from A2 Milk which we thought was really cool considering we are big fans of A2 Milk, and one was from the Great Lakes Cheese Company also in Adams. Over the weekend the proprietor's wife absolutely gouged me on the resale of a xxx 3 year aged cheese. The whole block 10lb block if you drive to Lowville costs $72. I asked for half a block and they charged me $62. That is absolutely highway robbery, and a 90% markup!
