I heard about the Brow Queen through my sister. One day, I noticed her eyebrows looked incredible, so I asked her what she did differently, and she introduced me to Brow Queen. I made an appointment immediately with Morgan to get my eyebrows waxed and a color enhancement. The inside is extremely neat and clean and the waiting room even had free snacks and drinks!

Morgan was the most down-to-earth person and made me feel so comfortable, like I had known her for years. My eyebrows turned out phenomenal. I was very nervous at first and expressed this to her. She calmed me down, walked me through the whole process, and even involved me in the decision-making along with her expertise. I was able to pick the color I wanted—not too light and not too dark. When she showed me the mirror at the very end, I was beyond shocked and couldn’t wait to show off my eyebrows to my sister, who had recommended this place to me.

Just had my laser appointment with Jasmine at Brow Queen and I’m OBSESSED. I got my underarms and Brazilian done and honestly… WOW. First off, Jasmine is the sweetest gal ever—super professional but also so warm and friendly, she made me feel totally at ease from the start.

The actual laser? So. Comfortable. Like, almost suspiciously comfortable 😂 The cool tip and constant cool air made such a difference—I’d say most areas were a 2-3 on the “spicy” scale for Brazilian (if you know, you know). And in a lot of spots, I honestly couldn’t even tell she was lasering—it was that gentle. I’ve had laser done years ago and this was a totally different experience. At Brown Queen, it was way less painful, way faster, and I was out the door in no time.

I just had my first laser hair removal session for my underarms and I’m honestly so happy with how it went!!
