Cherry Laurel Lanes — Local services in Town of Amherst

Everyone needs to get out for some bowling fun and support Cherry Laurel Lanes!! Co-owner Aaron was so amazingly kind and accommodating to us when I messaged about the difficulty our ASD nephew has when we tried taking him bowling to other lanes. His sensory issues would cause him to get over stimulated once it became too loud and other people were placed so close to our lane that he just melted down and couldn't stay to bowl any longer even tho he loves bowling itself. When I contacted cherry Laurel to ask if we could maybe just reserve an end corner lane for him to be not near other people so close , Aaron took it a step further and offered to open an HR early than usual on a busy Sunday just so our nephew could bowl in peace and quiet and without other people for at least that first hour..AND still gave us the corner lane !! It meant the world to us that they showed us so much kindness and understanding and our nephew had a BLAST and felt so special he can't wait to go back. GO VISIT...

Stopped by with some friends for a Friday fish fry. Don’t let the plain outside building appearance fool you - inside is a really great place to have a meal. The beer battered fish was crunchy and fresh. The meal comes with your choice of potato, coleslaw, and macaroni salad. The Mac salad was a 10 - fresh and I loved the tuna addition. Coleslaw was great too. Half of our table did fries and the other half did baked potatoes. The baked potatoes were HUGE with all of the accompaniments. Great beers on draft and good drink selection. Service was also a 10/10. Oh - and there’s bowling and an arcade, too! Felt a little like a cool blast from the past inside and they are doing GREAT food....

My son bowls here with school so We've tried at least 6 or 8 times to bowl here(open bowling) and it feels like they try and chase us away everytime we stop in or call. I even asked if there was anything available anytime the last time I called. It was a day open bowling was advertised. We live 5 minutes away, were a bowling family and spend a ton of money at other bowling centers unfortunately. Its either the most popular bowling spot in the world and we have the worst luck or they don't want customers. Just my 2 cents. Rating is based on customer service as we've never...
