I ordered a boat with the understanding it could take time to show up. After 2 months with no contact from boat center I followed up on status of boat and was told it was built but no-load number assigned yet just awaiting shipment would probably be a couple of weeks. After another month of waiting, I followed up again and was told it would be next week and that they got one from another dealer. OK fine but I wondered what happened to the one that was supposedly already built and should be there now. The following week they called to let me know boat arrived and to call to schedule pick up. I call and then they inform me that since it has been 13 plus weeks that I must have my credit app resent and I need to send over insurance. I redo credit app and send over insurance and after another 2 days with no follow-up I call to find out what was going on. Iām told loan people said they called me (which they did not) and that everything was all set same interest rate no issues so I setup pickup for following day. They tell me I need to get insurance and send that over to them which I inform them they already have it and had acknowledged its receipt. Then a couple hours later the loan people call to inform me that my credit app was just processed and that a substantial increase in the rates took place since my initial order. So obviously the practice at this boat center is to deceive and sprinkle in some incompetence for good measure. If this is what I can expect just trying to get the boat what can expect if I have any issues. The only option was to cancel order and go find a reputable dealer. I understand issues arise, but you donāt account for them by misleading and lies. Avoid this boat center! Follow-up comment: I purchased the same Tracker boat from a Tracker dealer not affiliated with Bass Pro went exactly how a transaction should; quickly and professionally. I called on may 27th to inquire about a boat purchase, I was informed that they just had a cancelation on a purchase and that if I put a deposit down on the boat that it would be saved for me, so I put a deposit down. The next step was to wait and hear back from the finance company. Received approval on June 1st, was told all paperwork would be sent back to bass pro. Sent an email to my salesman on June 10th to check on status, no response so I decided to call on June 12th, I was informed by a different sales associate, due to covid 19 that they were running behind and that the paperwork process would be 2 weeks. Finally received a phone call July 13th, from a different sales associate to see if anyone had followed up. I informed her that I had not and she apologized and informed me that she would get right on it, I informed her that I would have think about whether I still wanted to make the purchase, considering the whole experience had been unacceptable. I called back on July 14th to ask if I do go ahead with the purchase how long before I would receive the boat, I was informed it would be another 18 days. I informed them to keep it and refund my deposit, in which they agreed to. I have purchased many new items from dealerships and have never been treated like this. Absolutely unacceptable in every way, never offered an explanation, or possibly a discount, or even a " hey we will try to get it done as soon as possible considering the circumstances " . 66 days to purchase and receive a boat is unacceptable, apparently my purchase means nothing. This store and its sales associates need a class on customer service. I promise I will never step foot in this...

He told me he had to contact another store to see if the particular rifle I was interested in had it and told me it would take a week or less and to call back if nobody called me aftee a week. Called back after maybe a week and a half. Told whoever answered about how Dave left my info and they said no info was left about me? Must be the info eating tree was there. Then the guy told me Henry does "special orders" with their rifles and to call Henry Rifles. I did that and guess what Henry doesn't do special orders. The lady at Henry helped to contact a store in another state and purchase my rifle. Do not try to buy a Henry here as it seems either your info will vanish or someone with no clue as to how Henry Rifles runs their business. Update 2/4/2023 My uncle had a Henry .17 cal rifle on layaway and paid full price because whoever was selling it to him didn't have enough time to do all the paperwork to sell it outright to him. My uncle waits then 3 weeks ans stops in and turns out they had sold it a week ago. Apparently forgot he had bought it outright on layaway and sold to to whoever they sold it to. Based of these 2 awful experiences with attempting to buy a Henry rifle I'm not going back. Don't waste your time here...
