Paid $275 for a magician for one hour for a children's birthday party. The magician showed up ten minutes late, took 20 minutes to set up, and then disappeared for half an hour, with all the kids sitting in chairs waiting for him. We had no idea where he went, we called his company and they called him on his cell phone. They said he ran out to get lighter fluid. Aside from the fact that he should have come prepared, why didn't he tell anyone he was leaving, or just eliminate that one thing from his act (it was one trick). When he came back, the party was going to be over in 25 minutes. He refused to perform until we paid him in full and when we called his company again, they very rudely agreed with him. I asked why I should pay $275 for an hour for a magician that was going to perform for less than half an hour (since we still needed to sing happy birthday and serve cake) and the office manager said he'd go faster. Am I paying the same amount of money for a faster hour? They negotiated a lesser price but it really wasn't much and they had already ruined an entire hour of the party.

The second issue was that we paid another $275 for a dunk tank and we couldn't use it because every time a kid went into the tank and got dunked, they hit their head. the seat just didn't work properly and kept hitting the kids in the head.

Both of these issues totally ruined a joint birthday party for my two daughters and the company did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. And on top of it they were...

We had an event scheduled for 3/30/24 for a birthday party at the Bronx. The clown arrived without the character we picked. When I asked if there’s a character that comes with the package he told me there was one never listed. When initially calling to schedule the booking I was Unsure on which character to pick I told the lady I’ll call back when I decide. I called back 2-3 days later and spoke with a gentle man and told him we chose little pony. So for the clown to tell me this wasn’t written down was very upsetting. I’m also very upset because the package we paid for the clown did not use any bubble machine or play the parachute game. He did not acknowledge the birthday girl or have any clown style. He left early when the package duration was set for 2 hours. When I called And complained the following day I spoke With a lady who confirmed that there was no character written down and told me when they called to confirm the previous day of the party I shouldve Said something, how? If I’m thinking you guys had the character I called in for. I was Told the boss will call me back and I never Received a call back and it’s now a month later. False...

First and foremost I was in love with this site from the day I found it. But unfortunately I didn’t get what I ordered the day of my event. I kept a Barbie party for my toddler, when I saw the purple ball pit I’m like yea it’s ago. I was quoted a price and I agreeD. the day of my party when I arrived two young men was putting up a yellow/red/green ball pit like what the hell. I called the company and the owner insist that we never discuss the 15x15 ball pit. Mind you I call these ppl everyday to confirm my order and to make sure they are coming. He even mention that it’s a three year old party why would I want 15x15 he wouldn’t suggest that. But it’s my money so don’t assume anything for me if I’m paying. Either the purple ball pit wasn’t available or these ppl assume my yard wasn’t big enough for a 15x15 ball pit.
