Omg I tried to order some Haitian patties , I was given the hardest time .. I requested 10 chicken and 10 beef , when I requested if they had those combinations the lady responded I DONT KNOW .. I asked her what she meant that she didn’t know , she replied , we mix them I don’t know .. I said would someone in the back know if they can make sure they are separated , the lady replied ,no they won’t know because we mix them lol.. I was so taken by how careless she responded to me , I questioned her , what if I just wanted chicken and no beef ?? She replied “I DONT KNOW “. I said that’s poor business practice because what if I placed an order for chicken paties on Uber ? The food had no taste i took two spoons for food and returned it it was cold no flavor and the rice was rock hard. The owner started screaming at me and pointing her finger in my face behind the glass talking about can u return food back to mcdonalds. Like im not returning it i want a refund . i said the food belongs in the garbage its trash and dont talk to me like a kid. I asked for my money back she said no. I said wheres the policy for no refund she has none. She started screaming even louder. I threw the food out in her face . Monday im disputing the charge. She needs to be out of buisness within 30 days. she cooks food for diabetics and people who have high blood pressure. No flavor no taste not even a scent of smell of food. If you’re thinking about trying out New Taste, don’t think about it, just go order. The food is fresh, flavorful, and incredibly authentic! You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu but here’s just a few of my faves!
