Let me start by saying as a collector, you want to do business with someone who is honest and fairly priced. And as a customer, you want an establishment whose employees are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly. SMR Collectibles is that place. Steve was great to deal with.

I scheduled an appointment with Steve and his employees, as I was looking to sell most of my sportscard collection. The biggest apprehension I had was that I would sell my cards for too low or get low-balled. That was NOT the case. Steve was very transparent about prices, condition, rarity and even enlightened me about why some of my cards are very popular right now. He showed me what websites he uses to price cards, and made a spreadsheet for my higher end cards.

WE HAVE A DEAL! -- We consulted on what we both thought was a fair price and I ended up selling my collection of raw and graded cards to them. I actually got slightly over the number I had in my head and did not leave SMR feeling as if I were mislead.

On top of that, I saw SMR Steve set up at a local card show and he gave me some great deals. Easy to deal with.
