Unsatisfactory. I ordered envelopes back in Mid-November, I bought 250. My order came in and I received 50 of the correct envelopes and 200 of the wrong envelopes. At first, I wasn't that upset. I figured because of Black Friday, they were receiving lots of orders. I got in touch with someone and they apologized and said they would send me the correct envelopes. When the second batch of envelopes arrived (3 weeks later at this point) I open them up and they were ALL THE WRONG ENVELOPES. Irritated at this point I asked Margaret, the Customer Care representative who had no interest in helping by her responses, what the deal was. She said, "the photo (of the product) has not been updated on the site". HOLD UP. I ORDERED THESE 3 WEEKS AGO AND IT HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED? AND WAS OUT OF STOCK BEFORE THEN HA! What a joke. What an absolute scam and waste of time. I have never had such terrible customer service along with false advertising. In all of my years working, I have always strived to communicate exceptional quality service. Margaret did not use one healthy tactic to make me feel valued as a customer. Even if she simply brought up a refund, or said she would check to see if the items were coming back into stock or really ANY steps at all, but no, I'm behind on sending out my wedding invitations now and also...
Read moreGreat paper!! So glad I found this place online. Product gets a 5 STAR! I did run into several problems when ordering. First, I received the wrong size paper. Then, there was confusion with the quantity of copies I needed after cutting instructions, so I only received half of what I needed. The rest was shipped to me quickly after an email stating the issue. I also never received some samples I ordered. I have received a handful of professional and caring emails from associates looking to make sure the issues were resolved. Email correspondence was extremely effective and well done. Kudos, team. On the other hand, technically speaking, the chat option kicks me out and jumps between "open chat" and "leave a message." It was really confusing. I'd type a message and see someone responding, but then it would kick me out and say "leave a message." Also, the phone number on the site was never ever answered when I called. Again, as I emailed my, my concerns were received and a quick response was given.

Read moreThey changed the artwork I submitted, so now we have 2,000 useless envelopes that they printed without approval. They email you a day or two after placing the order to Approve the Proof. It says ’your production turnaround time begins as soon as your proof is approved.’ It didn’t mention that they print what they have after 5 days regardless of approval.
To make it worse, you chat with them about the issue…no follow up as promised. A week or two later you call them about the issue…no follow up with an answer as promised. Two or three weeks later you call them again about the issue. They claim there is (now) fine print in the ordering process that says the order will print after 5 days regardless of approval.
With the poor customer service, I don’t know that I could believe them if they said that fine print was there when I ordered…because I sure don’t see it in anything they emailed me after I ordered. Seems like that’s a pretty important thing...
