Stay clear, shady business. We were originally purchasing and splitting a half a cow with a friend who was going to be picking up however he could not accommodate our order since was I guess it was to basic as we wanted mostly ground but talked us into a half cow and we agreed purchasing a larger freezer since it was much more than anticipated. Once it was finally done he lets us know it’s ready for pick up. That’s when we find out the location of where he was. We were like OK little bit further than we thought we have to figure something out here then he suggest that he can meet us in East Rochester. We thought wow that’s awesome so appreciative of that. Give several dates when we could come out. Took a while for one to work for him we get it set we have to location he doesn’t have one so we suggested the only one we knew of, two days later, he tells us he can’t travel an hour to us, and he sold the meat to someone else who is willing to pick up. He never once contacted us to let us know ahead of time to see if we’d be willing to drive the full 2+ hours to get there, which we would have done since we were already trying to figure it out in the first place. Sent us a text message just telling us no hard feelings will never ever do business...

I came here with the family for prime locally sourced meats. This was the right place. We were greeted at the door by two adorable cocker spaniels. The staff inside were friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. The selection of meats was second to none. They were shrink wrapped and well marked with pricing and weight and the type.
