I just wanna start off by saying I absolutely love this shop the service is great. If.you get the chance to stick around the conversations had with the employees are as well! Im also a firm believer you should transport your bows by case everywhere you go whether it be the field, range, the shop, or even the backyard from the house. The last two times I've been at the shop I've left with an issue occurring shortly after. 1st time: I had the draw weight raised the bow releveled and got home shot the bow at the highest ten times and the string come off ripping the serving. They made everything right absolutely no for the serving or anything like that. (I did purchase a few items though) 2nd time; (Serving repair) I stayed at the shop the whole entire process. I walked around the store. Pet the doggos and just browsed I get home. Couldn't find my release for the whole next day. Finally found it. Went out to shoot today grabbed my bow out of its case knocked an arrow put up my paper on my target shot everything went smoothly did My lowering and raising adjustment got it centered tried loosening the right to left adjustment and realized My bow sight is broken. Again these are really good people their work is always phenomenal whether it be regular maintenance or getting a new set of cams or trying a different setup and they are and still will be my recommendation to anyone that asks. I don't know if it's because of it being in season and business is very hectic right now but please be mindful of others things while trying to get everything done on there merchandise. I currently lost my job and can't afford a sight right now or I would've already been up to purchase one. It's unfortunate I only hunt with a compound bow because of certain circumstances and I like the challenge/adrenaline of it. As other people have noted; good people. Just yesterday I was at the shop when Kendra was there. She took the extra time to range check a pistol’s operation. Knowledgeable, helpful, indoor range, and they have a dog! What’s not to like? I have not used their range yet, but it is next on my list.
