Dollar General — Local services in Town of Boonville

The last 3 times I have been in this store items are marked one price and ring up a completely different price and it's always more.. But today I went in..June 10 2016 at 1p.m. I saw 3 dg workers standing by the entrance smoking and talking. The parking lot had about 20 cars in it.. One cashier at the register..which has been moved farther from the entrance.. Your 3 workers outside.I'm assuming on break..were swearing during the conversation and it could be heard in the store..the line at the register had about 15 people in it..I've been in retail management for 30 years..this was all totally unprofessional. I'm assuming your store shrink is quite high and your company must be able to afford the loss..the 15 minutes I stood in line..I kept wondering how much inventory was walking out the door..3 employees on break at the same time is unacceptable and given the number of cars in the parking lot..between the 3 of them I'm assuming one had enough brains to see the cashier may have needed help.. The cursing in uniform in front of the entrance is unacceptable.. You should be very ashamed of what took place today!! A lady with very dark hair in a pony tail is the worst..swears in the store and acts like she can't be bothered..she was on register one other time and was very loud and angry as it was time for her to leave.. I live very close to this store and it's convenient for me..but I think I need to stop shopping here and I will definitely be spreading the word on how terrible my...

it needs a complete makeover the frozen food refrigerated section you can't even get down there with a cart if one person is looking no one else can go by now you have the store over at Sackets Harbor the same size store and that stores beautiful when I'm there I try to do most of my shopping there. When you walk in at Sackets Harbor to the left is where they have the frozen food there and they make sure the aisles real wide so you can get two cards down and people could look you losing a lot of money cuz people like taking things out of the frozen food area and the refrigerated area but not in your store cuz she can't get down the aisle I dread doing that I was there today I try to do my most shopping in Sackets cuz you're stores not setup right! That's something to really think about I'm not the only one that's...

Way under staffed staff friendly and helpfull but obvisly burnt out and alot of customers that are just plain morons to stupid to see the real issue so get on here and complain about the staff or store condition unlike most places the cashier is also the stock boy the cleaner etc. So ya get what ya get exp. This time of year when its so busy they cant get off the registers its piss for management form above...
