Got to Subway in Boonville NY last night 2/23/25 at 6:45-7pm, supposed to be a quick dinner pick up. We got there and when we walked in- girl said” She would be right with us”, coming from the back room. (We got a bag of chips while waiting) Which was fine, she comes out asks me what I wanted for bread, we got as far as just getting my bread for my sub and then this unprofessional girl starts flirting with my boyfriend and making comments, arms were above the glass and body over the food while looking at my man then said to him and I, “I won’t take your order, go eat at Burger King.” No the absolute worst experience my boyfriend and I have ever had there. Worst customer service, very unprofessional and inappropriate. We both felt very embarrassed by her behavior and we didn’t even finish ordering, we didn’t want to be in that situation any longer, I then said “ Okay, yeah, we are leaving.” And left without finishing our order. She was very unprofessional and inappropriate. As she yelled, “I’m kidding, come back.” -an no, neither one of us knew this girl and she was talking to us like we are her best friends and some. Sad we have little girls like that working when they can’t even carry themselves in a professional manner, you are at work, don’t talk to your customers like your at a bar trying to hook up. Get better, professional staffing that won’t kick your customers out of your store. 🙌 shouldn’t have even given one star for the show we got last night. She should be ashamed. Read moreI did a mobile order as i was short on time. I ordered two footlong sandwiches 20 minutes before I arrived for pick up. When we arrived our sandwiches weren't done but the lady was continuing to make orders for people walking in. My husband finally came in and told them that we ordered the food 30 minutes prior (after waiting 10 min) and asked how long it would be and the response was "it will be a while". A second worker appears and goes on a rant about working there and shifts and starts making another walk ins sandwich. At this point we had been waiting 45 minutes. I interrupted and asked how much longer it would be and the response was soon. She continued to talk poorly about work and took forever making the walk ins food. Finally it was our turn and she started our food but all in all we waited for two sandwiches for a little over an hour. I also witnessed another mobile order being made. It was a toasted tuna and cheese and when adding the toppings the wrong dressing was put on so the worker used one of the knives to remove the dressing and all the cheese and just add a bunch of cold cheese on top and left it that way. When we finally got our food one of the sandwiches was saturated with dressing that the bread was soggy by the time we walked to our vehicle to eat. I brought it inside to throw it out and said there was way too much sauce the sandwich was falling apart and gross, the response was "awww". not worth...
Read morewhen placing a order ahead of time you’d expect it’d be done when you get there. i ordered my food at about 11:10, stopped a few places first before getting there to give extra time, then finally got there at about 11:30 (the time it said my order would be done) and it wasn’t even started. i totally get taking care of who is there, but why not take care of who / what was ordered first? my order was simple and i should not have had to waited as an extra 10 minutes for my food to be made. it’s lunch time, maybe work on staffing too to fulfill orders at the right time…When i got my order i went home, and i DID pay for extra meat on the app and extra cheese and i...
