I brought my mother's car in for an oil change. Although I made an appointment, I waited almost 2 hours for the car to be ready. When I got home I realized that there was oil leaking from the car. It was all over the driveway! I returned to Cappelino right away, leaving a trail of oil through the lot. Apparently, the service technician installed an oil filter with a crack in the silicone seal. The service advisor was apologetic but there was no offer to clean my driveway and absolutely no followup from Cappelino management staff! I had to call them back to get a refund of the oil change I requested when I left that day. This is the simplest of maintenance tasks but apparently too much for Cappelino to handle. Even their after the fact customer service was nowhere to be found. I'll be taking her car somewhere else from now on.

Tom G. was very easy to communicate with and very flexible with answering any questions I had. From performing a virtual appraisal of my trade in & taking some money off the Canyon, I was able to do this entire sale over text & email in 5 days from start to finish. When I arrived at the dealership the Canyon was running and waiting for me. 30 minutes to sign documents and hand over checks is all it took. The days of back and forth at a dealer are long gone. If you're in the market for a new GM and want a personal, tailored experience, Tom is the guy to see!

Craig was absolutely amazing! I live in Pennsylvania, I come up to Boston, NY every weekend to visit my boyfriend. Saturday, March 5, 2022 we decided to go test drive a few SUV’s after talking about it for months. My boyfriend recently purchased his 2017 Chevy pickup from Cappellino’s and had a really nice experience. So, without hesitation, that was our first stop! We walked into Cappellino’s and was immediately greeted by Craig. He asked if we had been out in the lot looking around, which we had when Craig then offered for us to test drive. After picking out 2 SUV’s to start with, Craig grabbed the keys for both and pulled them out for us. He wasn’t just very helpful, he was very kind. I have personally never had that out-of-the-water level of hospitality before in any dealership I’ve gone to, and I even work at one! Craig asked what my preferences were as far as luxury accommodations and must haves. I told Craig about my concern of having enough space for our two dogs and future children, that all wheel drive is a must, I added I really wanted heated seats, a sunroof, backup camera, apple / android car play or Bluetooth and leather seats. Although they didn’t have any Equinoxes with sunroofs or leather seats on their lot, he made sure the vehicles we test drove had the remaining preferences. He asked what our price range was and worked with that as well, instead of putting us in something we would fall in love with then be disappointed when it was out of our price range, almost all of the dealerships I’ve been to had done that. He even allowed us to take one of their lender vehicles, the same year, preference and model equinox we had our eyes on, home to see how the dogs would fit, as we only live 5 minutes from the dealership. Of course we laid a blanket down before putting them in! Absolutely exceeded my expectations of the room. It’s definitely a lot more spacious than it looks. After test driving about 7-8 different traverses and equinoxes, visiting his office in between drives and 4 hours later, we drove our last vehicle of the day which so happened to be the one that won us over! Craig sat us down in his office to did some financial scenario situations. He explained since I am a resident of Pennsylvania, I would pay their sales tax, but left the sales tax at NY’s 8.75% to give a buffer on pricing, which I’m very thankful he did! It will definitely help me make a decision on whether or not to pursue purchasing this Equinox! Craig never batted an eye, got irritated or frustrated with us with the amount of cars we test drove, the questions we asked, or the amount of different financial scenarios we wanted to see. He was very straight forward with the value of my trade in, about $1,500 more than the dealership I had bought my vehicle from in PA, which honestly took me by surprise! In past experiences, because of my young age, and usually going alone, I usually get looked at like a “joke” in any other dealership. Craig made us feel welcomed and comfortable. He gave us his undivided attention, an overall over-the-top best dealership experiences I have ever had! Thank you, Craig, for your professionalism, above and beyond hospitality, being straight to the point and being able to communicate clearly about what to expect! This is only a rating based on the Service Department. Absolutely horrible service!!!! After the drive shaft fell out of my daughters SUV and still under warranty, we've been given the runaround ever since. They had her vehicle for a month with no word at all what was going on. We had explicitly told them to text due to no cell service in which they agreed. Ability to follow directions is poor as they didn't text, they called.

When the vehicle was finally fixed, we were made to feel as if it were our fault that the courtesy vehicle she had was returned with too high of mileage. This is what happens when you keep a customer's vehicle for a month and the mileage on the courtesy vehicle is less than 100 miles from being "too high" mileage.

Because the drive shaft fell off the vehicle, she had front end damage to her SUV. We were told that they could not cover the damage at a cost to them and we would have to file a claim with our insurance company even though the vehicle was still under warranty and the accident was caused due to the drive shaft falling off. They did however, agree to cover the $500 deductible in which was acceptable.

We were then told we would receive a phone call in a few days in which turned into two weeks and then we had to call them ourselves. We were then informed that they would not cover the deductible.

We are also having issues with my husbands vehicle as well and cannot get them to call us back.

After purchasing three vehicles from this establishment, I am disgusted with the way we've been treated and ignored. I feel as if selling vehicles is the only thing that matters and if there is something wrong after they go out the door, it's not...

Caren and Al at Cappellino Chevrolet were wonderful to work with. They were extremely accommodating and sensitive to my new vehicle purchase needs and expectations. It's important to note that my wife had a very positive past experience working with Caren on acquiring her current leased vehicle. Although everyone would love more allowance on their Trade-in, overall I believe the deal on my new Corvette was fair. The whole experience was handled smoothly and professionally. Caren went above and beyond to secure a GM Extended Warranty on the new vehicle - at a fair price. The dealership's showroom and service area present very nicely and all the staff encountered were very pleasant and polite. What was particularly impressive is that the new car delivery area is located inside in a large, very well lit and comfortable space, where the vehicle can be closely and thoroughly examined. The vehicle was presented in immaculate condition inside and out. Caren provided a thorough introduction to the vehicle's many features and spent the time to familiarize me with all the new technology - very impressive! Having had numerous very positive prior experiences with this dealership's service department, I look forward to having all necessary maintenance performed there. Totally unexpected was the nice send-off with a bouquet of flowers and a Cappellino coffee mug. I highly recommend that any potential car buyers (particularly considering a Corvette) consider...
