A bit of back story, I prior to coming to this studio had been dying my hair a dark brown color for around 3 years, with professional hair dye. My natural hair color is a dirty blond almost sandy brown color. When I had called the studio to schedule an appointment, I gave a brief over hair history and stated how I would like to return to my natural hair color. I was quoted 315$ for an all over bleach and dye which I was told should give me the results I wanted. I came into the salon 4-11 and was met by Kendal, who was confused as to what I wanted since in her books she had me down as a bleach root retouch. I then explained to her my hair's history and what I wanted done, she recommended me to get a bailage. I know nothing about hair in the slightest, so I responded I don't care what you do as long as my hair grows in natural looking, and I don't have to die it again. After approximately 3 hrs I left the salon, not pleased since my hair did not look much lighter but not angry yet. When I got home however, I looked closer at my hair and noticed only the top layer looked ok, everything underneath was patchy and there was a very evident line of demarcation in my hair where my roots ended and the dye started. I was extremely upset and decided to call the salon to make a complaint. I felt as though the 215$ I paid did not get me closer to my goal and my hair looked worse than when I first walked in. The owner of the salon offered to fix my hair for free, I accepted and stated how I paid less than I was quoted and was willing to pay the difference if I got the results I wanted. An appointment was scheduled but canceled by the owner for what I felt was a valid reason. After weeks of trying to contact her over text message to reschedule I finally decided to pay another professional to fix my hair. She took one look at my hair and was more upset than I was, she told me how many patchy spots there were and how evident the line of demarcation was. I then called the studio 391 to ask for a refund, I left a message and never got a response. I would NOT recommend going here, my hair looked terrible for weeks before I broke down and got it fixed because I could no longer deal with how ugly it...

Read moreThe ladies at this salon are so kind and patient. Specifically Becca and Becky. I was there for hours and unfortunately after three hours of playing with my root touch up, the color didnât take correctly. It was nothing the stylist could have foreseen, sometimes hair in finicky and I have a unique color to begin with. Anyway, they did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied and even got me product to take home and wash through to even everything out. Above and beyond for sure and Iâm so thankful. đ I would recommend this salon...
