Honestly, I have no words. Iāve definitely had my fair share of Bad UV gel fillings, but this absolutely takes the cake. I got my nails done earlier in the week on a Tuesday. They definitely were not square and the UV gel was way too thin. Little did I know that day the whole nail would fall apart and the gel polish would kinda like melt away. So the next day I went back and they fixed them for free When I mean, fix them, I mean, repainted them and honestly made them worse. iāve also had this nail polish many times at many different salons and itās never happened to me before. Anyway Guess what they fell apart again That Afternoon so then I went back that Sunday to get them fixed. They shouldāve completely redid my entire nails and did a new UV gel But they didnāt. They were way too thin to the point where I now broke not only that when she was fixing them, there was a nail where it was chipped in half and she completely ignored it and just painted over it and pretended She didnāt notice. Then she cut my cuticle really badly to the point where I was bleeding. There was no safety precautions or anything. She just put her bare hands on my cut. Which was Super disgusting. I will definitely never ever be going back there or angels touch in Port Jeff. The woman who did my nails works there and at Chelseaās. The worst part is, I couldnāt even complain because she was the manager. I wish I couldāve got my money back because honestly, Iām not gonna be able to get them fixed for another two weeks because I dont make much Money.. I have learned my lesson and I will not be going back. bottom line is they give you the bumās rush - they donāt take their time at all. I feel they do less than the bare minimum. When you sit down to get a pedicure, they donāt hand you the menu and they donāt have it posted. But I saw it next to me so I picked it up. I read it over and I chose exactly what I wanted. I let her know and she did half of it. No one likes confrontation so I didnāt want to say anything but when I saw the other woman getting the full treatment, I asked her what happened? She explained that it wasnāt part of it and I said, but it clearly says on the menu all of the parts that are included. Then the whispering to the tech sitting next to her went on. Just so uncomfortable and such a bad experience. As I was being rushed around one of my toenails smeared. I let her know and she came and removed all of the polish and slapped on ONLY ONE coat of color, nothing else. Well that should last about a day. For over $80 I expect more. years ago this was my favorite salon that I went to all the time but it just has changed. Itās crazy, because there are just so many nail salons that thereās no reason to go back anywhere that they donāt give you good service so you think that they would try a little harder. Itās funny you say that we discussed coffin nails previously. This visit was my second visit to your salon. My first visit I came for only a pedicure, so the question/discussion of coffin nails never came up. My second visit for the manicure, your nail tech asked me what shape I would like and I responded āthe same shapeā and that was the end of that discussion. I was informed of the additional price after my card was charged and I was signing the receipt while asking for the price break down because the price seemed high. I was THEN told I was charged extra because of the shape of my nails. Also, when I called to make an appointment I asked if I could come between 4:45-5:00 as I was coming from work and traffic can be unpredictable.
