I've been going to this florist on the way to Calverton National Cemetery for 24 years. It's a bit pricey, but who isn't? I've been happy with their selection and bought silk and fresh flowers, along with Christmas balsam wreaths and crosses. I really like going in person, but it's a long drive and I can't always go. Instead, I order something and they deliver it to the grave. I want a picture as proof and to ensure it's what I ordered and am paying for. That cost an extra $10. But then I never got the picture and they had trouble emailing it so I asked them to text it and that worked fine. I didn't like that I had to keep track and realize I never got the picture. Hoping that was a one time thing as I still plan on ordering from there. They did a nice job with the arrangement sent and it looked like the picture. I wish they'd bring back the chickens they used to keep outside. I liked seeing them. The shop is cute inside with some gift items.

Couldn't get out to Calverton National this year so I paid for a Christmas cross to be placed on my Dad's grave $49.98. I was ok with the price considering I could not get there myself. There was no place to request a photo nor what the cost would be so in the message box I asked for a photo. I had assumed once the sale went through I would get an email to confirm. I ordered the cross on 12/14. I received no email confirmation at all. So I call a few days later and I'm told that they have the order and the cross will be placed before 12/24.. An additional fee of $10.86 on my charge I'm told is for the photo. 12/24 comes and goes no email no photo nothing. I call today 12/29 I'm told the cross was placed on 12/19. So where's the photo I ask, oh we'll get the delivery guy to go out there today and take a photo. If you want to chase a business down after they charge you for a service they don't adequately perform, then by all means use them, I will not purchase anything from them ever again. I am not happy, I ordered flowers for my parent's gravesite at Calveton National Cemetery last. I live in Maryland so I asked for a photo of the flowers when they were placed on the grave. It cost an extra $10, which is ridiculous but was willing to pay for it ... I never received a photo. I will not do business with a place that takes my money and gives me nothing back for it. Mother's Day is coming up ... I will look for another florest. So, I gave them another chance ordered again for Mother's Day. Sent them an email as to my disappointment. This is the email I got back. "Dear Ms Zeitlin,

I just checked our orders from yesterday and we did receive your order for a $19.99 Bouquet. I resent a confirmation through our website tonight. I hope you do receive it. We will be emailing the photo a day or two after we place the bouquet on 5/13/17. Thank you for your business.
