Driving in shoreham today and out of nowhere your delivery driver comes speeding up the side of me almost hitting my car. Then at the merge with a truck towing a trailer with the right of way, nearly crashed in to that truck trying to force himself ahead of the truck. Absolutely reckless, careless and without a doubt will hurt someone one day driving like that. I’m willing to bet your trucks aren’t speed monitored or GPS. obviously they should be!!!
UPDATE: I texted the company phone number and this is the condescending replay I got:
“He was doing 42 in a 35. I wouldn't say that is reckless. It was probably an accident. Sorry about that”
Here is the definition of reckless driving: In United States law, reckless driving is a major moving violation related to aggressive driving that generally consists of driving a vehicle with willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property.
42 in a 35 that was a merge and a bottle neck, being RECKLESS!
So Becuase this company admits and condones their employees speeding, just Because it wasn’t fast enough for them, they don’t consider it reckless. I guess they missed the part where he almost hit myself and then tried to forced himself ahead of a truck towing a trailer that had the right away. By the clear definition of the term, YOUR DRIVER IS A DANGEROUS RECKLESS DRIVER.
Secondly, when you get a serious complaint, you decide to be argumentative. Instead of simply saying, we apologize, we will speak with our driver to ensure this is not habit and doesn’t happen again. You made the choice to reply as you did. Congratulations. When this driver endangers others or worse, his hostile aggressive driving harms another, will you be so nonchalant? Not caring? Shame. Absolute shame.
Here is a hint, you train your drivers to be cautious, careful, and above all else, concerned for the safety of those on the road around them....

Placed an order for 1/2 cord of seasoned wood today in the afternoon, when I spoke to the lady on the phone she was very courteous. She even told me that they could deliver the wood today which sounded perfect and that the driver would call me when they were enroute. Fast forward to 8:15pm I never received a phone call or told that my order would not be fulfilled today. Spent the day home waiting on this order which never came. Very disappointing I was really looking forward to trying their seasoned wood based off the...
