My review is to the owner/manager. Absolutely horrible customer service! I went in for a gel pedicure on my birthday mind you.. I picked a color & noticed when the girl was painting my nails they were the wrong color. The owner/manager overheard & said “Oh we didn’t have the color you picked so I picked this color for you.” Um what ? I responded with “You should’ve asked me bc this isn’t even close to what I wanted.” He proceeds to tell me “it’s fine!” I responded “No it’s not fine.” The girl found a more similar color to what I wanted & was repainting them… Next thing I know the owner/manager comes over shoving the credit card machine in my face saying “You pay you pay!” I was like “excuse me ?! I will pay once service is done.” And He’s says “you said you don’t have time” & I told him “no you said it was fine & I said it was NOT fine!” Needless to say I will never ever go back there! I am beyond furious with my recent visit to this nail salon. I went in for a powder gel manicure, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. Not only did they leave visible lines from the drill under my polish, but when I asked about it, I was told the chrome would cover it. Well, it didn’t. They ended up slapping regular gel polish over the powder, which started chipping after just ONE day. On top of that, I asked for square nails, and they gave me round ones that look nothing like what I requested. To make matters worse, they were extremely rough with my hands, cutting me THREE times during the process. It was painful and completely unnecessary. I spent $60 and 3 hours for a botched job, and I’m beyond disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened, but after this, I will never be back. My neighbor recommended me so I have decided to give a try since it’s a lot closer to home than the one I regularly go to. The decor and ambiance are very nice and it keeps super clean. I was greeted with a bottle of cold water (because it’s 90 degree outside) Kingsley was my technician and she was so patiently and professionally getting my gel manicure done one by one with caring. Emily was the technician for my pedicure and she gave me a 10 minutes foot massage for a regular pedicure which caught me by surprised as you don’t usually find this extra service at any nail spa.
